Payments are non-refundable. Exchanges and refunds are only offered in the event of cancellation.
You will be refunded in the manner in which you paid.
- Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the physical activity being undertaken.
- Customers are advised not to wear any jewellery.
- At times it is necessary to make changes to the published programme, postpone or cancel a class or course.
- Please ensure you have supplied contact details in order for us to inform you of any changes.

If you have booked a ticket on behalf of someone else, please make sure you have notified us of their details by
filling in the online form on the event page or e-mail the Active Enfield team at the e-mail address below.
Children

For children under 5 years old, parents and carers must stay for the duration of the session and must accompany
their child during toilet breaks.
- Parents and carers must ensure they have registered their child with the coach/instructor upon arrival at the session.

Parents/carers must arrive 10 minutes before the end of a session to collect their child. If your child is not
being collected (e.g. because he/she is old enough to travel from the session unaccompanied by a parent/carer)
you MUST inform the coach/instructor and inform the Active Enfield team at the e-mail below.
Recording and conduct

Photography, video recording, audio recording and transmission are expressly forbidden. Audience members are
encouraged to be vigilant and inform a member of staff if they witness this.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission or to alter the advertised programme if necessary.
