This swimming course is operated by Active Enfield.
Take your swimming to the next level with our instructor-led adult swimming sessions. Designed for confident swimmers looking to improve technique, build endurance, or simply enjoy a structured workout in the pool.
Level: You must be able to swim, this session isn’t suitable for total beginners.
Equipment: Please bring a padlock for the lockers.
Check-in: Don’t forget your booking confirmation, you’ll need to show it at the David Lloyd reception each time for entry. Without it, access to the pool may be refused.
Before you book: Make sure to complete all required details for each participant, including ages and any medical information.

Children
For children under 5 years old, parents and carers must stay for the duration of the session and must accompany
their child during toilet breaks.
Parents and carers must ensure they have registered their child with the coach/instructor upon arrival at the session.
Parents/carers must arrive 10 minutes before the end of a session to collect their child. If your child is not
being collected (e.g. because he/she is old enough to travel from the session unaccompanied by a parent/carer)
you MUST inform the coach/instructor and inform the Active Enfield team at the e-mail below.
Recording and conduct
Photography, video recording, audio recording and transmission are expressly forbidden. Audience members are
encouraged to be vigilant and inform a member of staff if they witness this.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission or to alter the advertised programme if necessary.
