I am going on holiday / I do not want to do the course anymore, can I get a refund?
Answer
A: Refunds are provided for individuals with a medical reason only. You must provide evidence in a letter or medical note before issuing a refund. Customer will need to provide bank details for this. Refunds can also be provided when the Council cancels a course. For further information please email sport@enfield.gov.uk

My child is under/over the age specified in the course details can I still book them on?
Answer
Unfortunately our age parameters are put in place for health & safety reasons and must be adhered to. If you child is older than the age specified we can occasionally make exceptions so please contact sport@enfield.gov.uk to see if this is feasible
